The Lady that runs this shuttle is Super friendly and professional. Being a local she gives info of places to see that you won't know about otherwise. They have secure off street parking you can leave your car at, so during the ride you ain't worried about your car. She makes your trip completely hassle free.

She organised our bike trip (Hauraki Trail) with great communication from first email enquiry to the end of shuttle ride to lodging and beyond by even booking our restaurant that night (was fab). My daughter (9) and I recently did the Hauraki Rail Trail together and thanks to Sue and Pete, it was an absolute 10/10 experience. Their advice and guidance on what was suitable for us, accommodation, food, activities and the ease of booking was superb and to top it off they were so kind, attentive and helpful. Fantastic day out on the rail trail. Sue was so helpful, from our initial emaisl to meeting us on the day, equipping us with great bikes. Sue gave us the personal touches and told us best places to eat and also extra hikes we could do. Highly recommend Biking Hiking Shuttles

What a great service wonderful Sue & Pete offer. They are very accommodating and have a wealth of helpful information. We left our car with them, hired a bike with them and got shuttled to Kaiaua. From there we cycled with a night in Thames and another night in Waihi, finishing our cycle at our car, just out of TeAroha. We 3 adults loved out trip and would recommend the cycle and Biking, Hiking Shuttles to anyone. Enjoy

I can't recommend Sue/Biking Hiking Shuttles enough. Sue has been nothing but helpful and is happy to share invaluable local knowledge about the Hauraki Rail Trail and other services the company provides in the local area. My partner and I got a shuttle from Thames to Te Aroha for a reasonable price, that departed perfectly on time, booked without hassle, great chat, and we were even able to top up our water bottles before starting the ride too. A+! Highly recommend.

Sue and Pete were awesome to work with 🙂 We had a lovely trip with them helping us with transport and bike hire. As the weather didn't play ball, we did alter things a tad and nothing at all was a problem for them. Thier knowledge of the local area and guidance with our tramp up Te Aroha was great and certainly helped us navigate some tricky conditions! Thanks Sue and Pete will be recommending.

Biking Hiking Shuttles (Sue and Pete ) were outstanding in their service. They went over and above to ensure everthing was perfect. Eg:- pick up / drop off Auckland airport, found fabulous accommodation, suggested and booked most restaurants, booked train tickets, supplied us with essentials for breakfast, transported our luggage everyday, dropped us off to Hobbiton and return. could not fault them at all! They are just amazing which made our short holiday super special.

Sue and Pete of Biking Hiking Shuttles are a class and super friendly act. We used them for a recent trip on the Hauraki Rail Trails and for them first interaction to saying goodbye, they were helpful, fun and had lots of hints and tips. They went so far as to book us in for dinners and gave lots of cafe tips.

What amazing service we received from Sue & Pete. There was nothing too small that they would not do for us. They were efficient and punctual, loaded our bikes safely and without fuss, even pumped up our tyres. We were offered water and sunscreen before our ride. They booked us in for lunch in a lovely little cafe in Te Aroha and arranged our time at the hot pools. I would highly recommend them to any biking or walking group that need a shuttle service. I would most certainly use them again.

Pete and Sue are brilliant! The communications for the booking and planning were superb and incredibly helpful. Pete was ready and waiting at our pick-up and he has excellent knowledge of the tracks which was fantastic. We'll definitely use them again and totally recommend them.

Great service thanks, Pete and Sue! We booked at the last minute due to change in plans, they were really flexible, friendly and easy to deal with. As they do alot of biking & hiking themselves Pete was a great source of information on the area, great chats on our way back to Thames. Highly recommended!
