General
Biking Hiking Shuttles reserves the right to modify shuttle routes in situations we deem unsafe, such as adverse weather conditions. Biking Hiking Shuttles shall not be held responsible for any damage, expense or inconvenience caused by change of schedule, strikes, vehicle breakdown, Acts of God, or other conditions.
For your comfort all our services are smoke free.
Booking & Payments
Bookings can be made through email bikinghikingshuttles@gmail.com or phone 0210653382.
Your booking is not confirmed until accepted by Biking Hiking Shuttles either by written or verbal communication directly to the person making the booking.
Payment is required in full 5 days before departure, and for short notice bookings payment is ‘cash on the day’ with an invoice provided.
Payments should be made by direct debit into the account details sent with booking confirmation. We do not accept credit cards or cheques.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars.
Cancellation and Payment Refunds
Cancellations are to be notified in writing by the person making the booking.
If travel is cancelled less than two days before shuttle pick up date a refund/credit for future bookings is at the discretion of Biking Hiking Shuttles.
Safety Terms and Conditions
There are inherent risks in any adventure activity. It is a condition of Biking Hiking Shuttles accepting your booking that you are aware of the potential dangers and have the skill level required to safely navigate your chosen route.
